Financial Policy
The fee for your endodontic treatment is based on the complexity and extent of care required. During your initial visit, we will discuss the anticipated number of visits, their length, and the associated fees so you know what to expect.
Payment of the estimated patient portion is due at the time of service. As a courtesy, we will verify your insurance benefits and provide an estimate of your out-of-pocket responsibility based on the information available at that time from your insurance carrier. We will submit claims directly to your insurance provider. Any insurance reimbursement will be applied according to your plan benefits, and you will be responsible for any balance not covered by insurance. Insurance benefit information is provided by your insurance carrier and is not a guarantee of payment. Final claim determination is made by your insurance provider.
Insurance
We’re committed to making the insurance process as simple as possible. As a courtesy, our team will bill both in-network and out-of-network dental insurance plans on your behalf. We are in-network with Delta Dental PPO and Premier plans, as well as plans within the Careington and GEHA/Connection networks. Our team is happy to help verify your estimated benefits prior to treatment; however, please note that coverage and payment are determined by your individual insurance provider and cannot be guaranteed. We encourage patients to familiarize themselves with their own plan details to better understand their coverage.
